Investment Objective

The investment objective of the Fountainhead Tactical Allocation Fund is to generate attractive risk-adjusted returns across market environments through actively managed exposure to global ETFs combined with structured options overlays. The Fund seeks to enhance portfolio carry, manage downside risk, and opportunistically capture market dislocations through dynamic allocation and disciplined risk management, while maintaining flexibility to adapt positioning as market conditions evolve.

Investment Strategy

The Fountainhead Tactical Allocation Fund employs a tactical asset allocation framework centered on liquid global equity ETFs, enabling efficient exposure to major markets and themes while maintaining flexibility to adjust positioning as market conditions evolve.  This dynamic allocation approach allows the portfolio to express geographic, sector, and cyclical views in a transparent and scalable manner.

 

Complementing the ETF core, the Fund systematically utilizes derivatives and options overlays to shape portfolio risk and return characteristics. These techniques are applied to enhance income generation, manage volatility, and provide downside protection, supporting the Fund’s objective of delivering consistent risk-adjusted outcomes across market environments.

 

The strategy also retains the flexibility to allocate opportunistically across additional asset classes where diversification and tactical opportunity exist. Through this integrated combination of dynamic allocation, structured overlays, and disciplined risk management, the Fund seeks to deliver adaptive performance and portfolio resilience across market
