OUR HISTORY​

A Decade of Evolution​

Fountainhead’s investment journey began in 2015 when Founder Asif Ali commenced deploying a disciplined, quality-focused investment approach centered on resilient businesses benefiting from long-term secular growth. This provided the foundation for the launch of the Fountainhead Partnerships Fund in 2018, establishing the firm’s flagship strategy and attracting accredited investors across the world. Paul Sherriff joined as Portfolio Manager in the same year, strengthening research depth and portfolio oversight. As the platform matured, Conduit Asset Management (CAM) was appointed as the Investment Manager in 2024, marking a significant step in institutional development and operational scalability.​ ​

Building upon this foundation, Fountainhead has evolved into a multi-strategy investment platform, combining long-duration fundamental investing with complementary tactical capabilities. Throughout this progression, continuity of philosophy, leadership alignment, and partnership with long-standing shareholders have remained central to the development of Fountainhead.
